The activity takes place from Friday, September 9 to Sunday, September 11, 2022. In the city of Burgos (Spain). The space used is the Evolution Forum – Congress Palace and Auditorium, located in the heart of the city, forming part of the Complex of Human Evolution and a few metres from the main hotels and restaurants in the city. It also has a magnificent parking lot, located just below the building.

During the congress, the exhibition of the photographic works submitted to the contest will take place, the exhibition will be held in the congress venues, with the participants themselves choosing the best works by popular vote.
